Registration is now open to apply for one of the 422 new affordable public rental apartments being developed under the Plan Vive in the municipality of Pinto, in the Community of Madrid. The homes, all located on Calle Isaac Albéniz, will be delivered from April 2026 and offer regulated rents starting at €574 per month, equivalent to approximately €9 per day.
The development is designed as a private-style residential urbanization, despite being public housing. All apartments include a private garage space and access to communal areas, such as a swimming pool, gym, and shared outdoor spaces, offering a higher level of comfort than traditional public rental housing.
The project consists of 221 one-bedroom apartments, 173 two-bedroom apartments, and 28 three-bedroom apartments, making it suitable for both young people and families looking for quality housing at below-market prices.
The registration period opens on March 3 at 9:00 a.m. and will be available exclusively online through the Sogeviso website, which manages the Plan Vive developments. Interested applicants can already visit the show apartment in Pinto to view the layout and finishes.
This new development forms part of the Community of Madrid’s wider Plan Vive, through which more than 5,100 affordable rental homes have already been delivered across the region. The regional government plans to reach a total of 14,000 new public rental homes in around 20 municipalities, with a significant portion reserved for residents under 35 years of age.
